Sevenbrand has shipped 82 shopper-facing features for CardsHQ in the first 17 months after launch, and the pace went up, from about 4 a month in 2025 to about 6 in 2026. It started with a storefront that was the bottleneck on their growth. The homepage made 542 requests, had a mobile Lighthouse score of 48, and took 83 seconds to appear on a phone. Their team had tried multiple apps to fix it and each one made it worse. Sevenbrand diagnosed the root cause, proved the fix in a small POC, and rebuilt the storefront headless on Next.js. The homepage now appears on a phone in 2.9 seconds, and its mobile score went from 48 to 93. With the technical ceiling removed, the business grew ~4× YoY across the same channels they were already running.
